Our picture shows that there are two bottles because we want to show you guys that our glass water bottle is equipped with two lids, one bamboo lid which can be inserted into a straw, and one spout lid with handle.

How many straws are equipped with this bottle? TWO straws. We equipped the bamboo lid with two straws, a tritan straw and a stainless steel straw with a silicone tip, which can protect your lips and teeth well. And all parts are food grade and BPA free.

Can this bottle hold hot drinks or cold drinks? YES. Our reusable water bottle is made of premuim borosilicate glass which is durable and thermal resistance. You can safely pour boiling water or icy cold drinks into the bottle without worrying about thermal stress or breakage.

Are they dishwasher safe? Yes. Our glass water bottle with the silicone sleeve is dishwasher safe, you can put it into dishwasher directly. But we recommend that straws and lids should be washed by hand.

What should I do if I receive a broken bottle, or if your lids or straws are missing? If you receive a broken bottle, or missing parts, or a series of problems such as a broken lid during use, you can feel free to get in touch with us and we will send you the replacement ASAP.
